The printer works great, has some connections issues with the network from time to time and has to be unplugged and plugged in. Also, the ink runs out quickly so be prepared to spend some money on that.

It's a really great printer for a simple gal like me. Easy to use, had a little funky issue setting up since I'm not that tech savvy but if you are not like me, and need something easy and manageable, this printer is for you. Also after setting up my printer, I got a 9-month trial of free ink! Can't beat that!

I like this a lot for a home printer. The quality of the prints are nice and it lets you know what it needs. The two things that are not so good, prints slow and requires you to have HP smart app.

Good little printer. Setup and wi-fi configurration was easy. It's a basic printer and doesn't print as quickly as the bigger, more powerful ones but does what I need it to do so I am satisfied with my purchase.

I can’t give it 5 because I haven’t had it for long and the wifi connection was acting up by the 4th day of connecting the printer. It’s fixed now so other than that it’s a good printer for the cost

It is exactly as stated: simple, easy to use, and slow. We have always used HP printers & have purchased more expensive ones. We’re retired now & so this is just what we needed.

This printer is quite a good buy for the price. I have only used it to make one copy at a time which was pretty fast. Don’t know how long the ink will last.easy to connect

Once the printer is setup it prints a crisp clean printout (thus 5 stars). Color printing is average and acceptable. It is a very light weight printer, which makes it pretty portable. Not much to unpack which is nice. The Deskjet prints, copies and scans - pretty standard functions. The box says "Keep it simple". And yes the unpacking was pretty simple. I would like to say the same about the software. I have several HP printers and installing a new one means the existing one stops working (probably something I'm doing). To avoid that I installed the app on my phone and used the hotspot on my phone for the internet so it wouldn't recognize any other devices I own. HP really, really wants you to sign up for "Instant" ink. This laptop comes with 9 months of ink supplies. Of course a credit card is required. Once the trial period is over you will be charged a monthly fee based on the plan you choose. Sounds great but I really, really don't like my credit card stored on any website. The printer comes with "starter" ink cartridges, which means they aren't as full as they might be (so I have been told). Thus a trip to the office supply store is in my near future. FYI - it comes with a port in the back so you can connect a cable from the printer to a laptop/desktop.

Printer arrived well packaged and in good condition. Printer was easy to get on line and started. I have only used it a short time and thus far it works well.
