Got last Christmas. It was working great up until last month. Then all sudden it stopped working. When i replaced the ink cartridge it stopped responding. I called tech and no help.

Horrible. First of all, do NOT sign up for Instant Ink. This might sound like I'm wearing a tin foil hat, but do you really want them monitoring your pages? What really made me angry me though is the constant verification printing. Every time you put in a new ink cartridge it has to print an alignment page, which uses a lot of ink. I tried the hack of using an old one and removing the paper. When it finished and I tried to print, I got 2 alignment pages and a message that my printer was offline. If you are fine with this, and a constant reminder that everything has to be done through the app, then it's for you. You can find mine on the sidewalk for free.

Brought this for work. So far has printed pretty well. The ink that comes with the printer does not last long and is pretty expensive to replace considering the price I paid for the printer.

I've used this printer in two different homes off two different Wi-Fi networks and have the same frustrating issue. the amount of times I've had to sit with customer service for hours at a time to factory reset this printer just to be able to use it is insane. no matter how many times i reset it, unplug from the wall or unplug the printer itself, I'm still met with connection issues. At this point I'm spending and wasting more money on paper and ink for instruction pages instead of what I'm actually needing. i would not recommend this printer to anyone.

Have this printer for a month and I am very happy with my purchase. It was very easy to set up and I recommend it for anyone who will use it for home use as it's very slow.

I was a little concerned about purchasing this printer. Some reviews said it was hard to set up to Wi-Fi and with auto ink refills, but had it all set up in about 30 minutes, just followed the directions. So far I’m very pleased.

I have not used it much. When I did it worked well but a little slow. It's okay for my home usage and the price is really good.

Every time I have to use this printer I want to throw it out the window. I've come across a lot of faulty printers in my life, but never have I used such a useless printer as this one. From setup to printing to scanning, everything has been a problem with this printer. It almost seems like it refuses to function out of spite. It won't print anything longer than a single page, it won't scan my passport, and every time I turn it on it tries to print the same document over and over again no matter how many times I press the cancel button. This thing is more like a torture device than an actual printer.

This wireless scanner/printer hooked itself up to wifi without me doing anything. I love it. I don't have business or reasons for many copies but for few reasons I do, this is perfect for me.

When the printer works, it does its job. Setup took forever, required multiple calls taking a couple of hours. CSR's kept insisting the problem was with my home network which turned out not to be the case. Printer is very "klugey". When I print multiple copies of a document on two sides, the output is re-ordered incorrectly about half the time. When printing double-sided jobs, the browser is "frozen" until you are able to flip the pages and continue with the back sides. I now only print one copy at a time to avoid potential time, paper and ink wastage, which is considerable due to the high error rate. The free printer is just a gambit to get you into an expensive ink and paper purchase plan. This is not a printer to be used for business volumes.

Great product. Prints nicely with no smearing or fading. A little louder than I hoped but quality makes up for it.

they claim it would work with windows7. spent 45 min. with a man from hp would work.
