    This brand new printer did not include ink compatible w/instant ink and printer could not be set up. HP customer service is absolutely abysmal and dishonest. Have had the printer for two weeks now and still can't use it!

    I don't recommend this product at all, there's a reason its only $40. I've been trying to set it up for the past 5 hours. This is not a simple plug in, connect to wifi and go printer. You have to create an account with HP, download an app, connect your devices and wait an hour while it says loading HP account before you can even sign in. It's absurd that you have to create an account just to print or scan something. HP products are trash, go with a different brand.

    I knew this deal was unfortunately too good to be true. This printer does NOT have automatic duplex/double-sided printing. This detail should have been mentioned more times besides the "Specs" page. Waste of money. How does a printer in this day and age not have auto duplex/double-sided printing?

    This printer is dumb it doesn't even have a slide out tray to catch the output! (the photo is a lie) Meanwhile, 3 months old, SUDDENLY it just stopped printing everything on the page except maybe a few headings. Weird. And the print test comes out mostly blank with some pink. Cartridges show plenty of ink. I should have known to buy the warranty. My EPSON ECOTANK was FANTASTIC for 4 years ($350.00) and I only gave it away because I moved and didn't need such a big heavy one any more. Big mistake. Never even needed INK!

    Waste of time

    I bought this to replace another HP that stopped working. This one refused to complete the setup even after restarting my router and trying every trick suggested. It also doesnt have any features. You cant even print on both sides. If you need a cheap printer and get it on sale, i guess it would be worth it - if you can get it to work, otherwise spend more on a better printer. I returned it.

    Unfortunately, I am unable to rate the purchased item because after nearly 3 weeks since placing the order, Best Buy has yet to have ship it to me. This was a next day shipment option, but no printer yet.

    Don't buy this piece of crap printer! More importantly..Don't even try to get the "Geek Squad" to help. They said "Call HP". That was it. I did. This junk printer WILL NOT PRINT. Others have said the same. Geek Squad = Best Buy. Never Again. Buy from Amazon. My son couldn't believe that I bought anything on line that I can't return N/C.

    Can't set up the printer without going through HP's cloud services requiring an account registration. Can't scan without using HP's software or app which is obtrusive in it's attempts to be "helpful" (when in reality it's just harvesting your information to be sold to marketing partners).

    The concept of a bad review was invented for this printer. It should be called an HPoS2734e…. “Huge Piece of Sh** 2734e”. Could you imagine being created for one single purpose, yet you can’t carry out that one purpose? Lunar skincare called that a useless spoon.
