    The printer came and I used help via internet to get it hooked up (WIFI) and it worked. The company that did that for me had me sign up 3 years with Norton Antivirus. The printer works well and I am glad to have help with the ink. I got 3 months free ink.

    Set up wouldnt work on my hp laptop but worked on my phone. Once the printer was set up it worked just fine on my laptop
