    It does what it is suppose to do and it does it well. I especially like the scanning and copying bed instead of having to insert the document and gets slanted. It does take more ink than I would like, but I do do a lot of copying for work and other clients. It was a bit bigger than I thought.

    The printer is good, it was the purchasing it/online that was a hassle. I initially brought it on the app, and I awaited the email telling me my order was ready for pickup, The only notification I got was when my order was cancelled because I never picked it up, but that was because I was not notified it was ready. I had to buy the item via the website after complaining to customer service.

    I found that it could have better instructions but HP’s website is helpful for some things. I don’t like the virtual assistant several times I found it difficult to get the information I wanted. I would have liked to speak to someone. I ran out of black ink and had to buy my own cartridge because the printer said I still had ink. I bought another printer same kind and it’s working great! This would be great for students.
