    I wouldn’t recommend buying. when it got here the first day tired to set it up, it was already having malfunctioning issues; such as saying there was no ink but the ink cartridges were inside and installed properly. Then when they tired to help me trouble shoot the issues it was taking about 30 minutes or longer for one piece of paper to print which was not normal so I was able to send it back to the manufacturer under warranty and have my money returned.

    I purchased this printer for my wife. She is by no means an IT specialist so the ease of using this printer is perfect. Nothing complicated about it and compact enough to use in her small area and it does everything she wants or needs it to do. The low price was a bonus. All told you couldn't have provided a better product for her needs. Thanks Best Buy.

    The printer is working fine now however the HP team and The geek squad could not tell me what was wrong and why it wouldn't connect I finally had to have my son come and he figured out it was because I have LifeLock and it was blocking me I'm surprised that no one could figure that out it took up a couple of hours of my time but I now have it running
