    I went against my better judgement, not trusting the other reviews, and purchased this plastic brick. After all, I had reward certificates so this was going to be super cheap. And I needed a printer at home - I can’t print everything at work, right? Constantly dropped WiFi and when it would connect, only printed approx 1 out of every 4 pages. Now that I’m completely fed up, my return period is closed. Do. Not. Buy.

    Before I changed my wifi code, i love this printer! I printed everything, kids school schedule to their chores to my work schedule etc. now its in my conner connecting dust because i dont know how to connect it to my wifi :(

    One of the best printers I've bought to go along with my HP computer I bought at best buy also, so easy to set up and the print quality is remarkable, I would recommed this printer to anyone, the cost was fair and the printing is wonderful

    Easy to use.But I have not gotten the deal of « 2 mounths fre trial of HP ink »which was promised according to the insert inside the box(container).Anyway who is not very experienced in technology might need to download a more step by step manuel for use

    Poor print quality.Poor customer service regarding HP smart print. Non intuitive installation. Hard to read and decipher display. Wrong amount credited on rollover pages. Waste of time and money. Lost faith in HP.

    Despite some other reviews I found this easy to set up and use the wireless function. Just make sure you follow the directions that come with the printer & on theHP website. I do wish the paper loaded from the front instead of the top as that limits where you can place the printer as you need 8-10 inches of headroom. All in all a good printer for personal purposes.
