As long as ink cartridges keep working unlike the last printer we had it seems like it should be a good simple printer.

The price I paid was reasonable for all of the functions of the printer. I would purchase the printer again and would recommend it to others.

It has to be reinstalled every now and again. If I print too many pages it will just stop and I'll have to trouble shoot it. It serves its purpose but you do get what you pay for. I needed a cheap printer.

Doesn’t matter how I send it, either through the HP smart app as it recommends or by printer cable. It continues to error itself printing anything. I figured maybe it was the ink, since modern printers will refuse to print if the cartridges are low. Nope, still refuses to work. I turned it off and back on, restored all settings and connections. Still won’t print anything. The only help and support HP offers is a useless virtual chat bot, a message forum with no help and a phone line that will leave you on hold for well over an hour.

I’ve had it for over a month and it has worked properly for maybe 3 days. Always offline. I would recommend a printer with a built in Wi Fi or use a printer cable to PC direct. Just not a fan
