I love this printer! Simple and prints great pages! I love that it’s wireless and I can also print from my phone! The scanning availability has become very useful for school! So glad I bought this printer!

The printer seems to work just fine. HOWEVER, the scanner will not work with my Chromebook even though Best Buy stated that it would work (in writing). I did not even take it out of the box until yesterday and didn't try scanning until late yesterday. After several tries, I went to the HP site itself and it states it is not compatible with Chromebook. However that doesn't seem to bother BestBuy that they give false reviews. I won't shop here again and telling everyone else to beware of BestBuys product compatibilities.

I’m really pleased with this printer. It prints way faster than my last printer plus it scans and faxes, prints photos and has other features I haven’t used yet. I think it’s a great value for the price.

Some problems with connections to the computer. I love the product overall. Prints nice color products, I use it for college papers. I will be delighted to give good advice since it is awesome.

It prints well. But we have to unplug it and replug it in every time we want to print, otherwise the it doesn’t print or only partially prints and still get charged for my print subscription. Annoying. As long as we unplug before using it, it works great.

Paper always jams, can't use card stock it gets stuck all the time. Screen reads out of paper constantly when there is at least 25 sheets or more still in the tray.. The cover is heavy when you need to remove the paper jam as well as cartridge replacement. I would not recommend this printer at all. I am going back to a top loader that can handle all kinds of paper weights. Not up to HP standards

Decent printer once you get it going. The installation process wasn't the easiest to get going. After several attempts, it finally got going. After that I have had no issues. I like that only takes 2 print cartridges compared to my old Epson which took 4. Overall for the price, worth the initial setup headache

So far so good. This is printer number 3 and has successfully completed several small print and copy jobs. The last 2 were returned...major defects and no quality control. Main complaint is the slowness of the machine,

This printer works ok. Only thing I'm finding is sometimes when I try to print it says printer not available. Sometimes I have to try several times. Not sure if it's the printer or my WiFi

    Works Great with Chrome OS

This unit has worked well with my Chromebook. Using the HP apps with it has made it very versatile for scanning and faxing as well. It was very easy to set up and connect. I have not had one bit of trouble with it and very happy that it works so well with Chrome OS. I think it was a steal at the price, ease of use, and multiple capabilities. Although I had an HP Chromebook when I first set it up, I moved to an Acer Chromebook Spin 713 a few weeks ago and the switch was smooth and problem free. HP has done a great job getting more and more of their hardware and services to work with Chrome OS and non-HP hardware.
