Its a darn printer and it should work better!! Half the time the app didn't recognize the printer worthless!

Does not connect easily

I would not connect to my wifi so I had to do the wired set up which meant I had to find a USB cord since it didn’t come with one. Got it all connected and it prints great. The only thing is when when it is not in use it goes idle and and won’t connect when trying to print so I have to unplug it to get it to reconnect. I contacted HP via FB messenger. They asked for my serial number and issue . I told them the info and their reply was to call HP customer service so no help.

Instructions are not that clear and even when you google up how to do it step by step, still isn't that easy!! Wish was easier even if you are a computer nerd!

I set it up after an hour. Then I went to print a couple days later it was offline and it as in ERROR mode. Called Best buy to return it but my window to return had closed by 2 days. So I' out of luck. Plus the ink lasted about 30 copies then I had to buy more. I ran out of ink when I was coping something important. And had to go to the library and pay 9$ to make copies. So DON'T BUY IT !!!

It has had a lot of connectivity issues to our wifi and the print quality is not great at all. If you're someone who needs to print a lot of things, your money would be better invested in a better quality printer. If you're not printing frequently, it would be better to do prints at UPS or other stores that provide printing services. And if you really must get a printer, I would look for something other than this one, even if the price is appealing.

DO NOT BUY!!! Aggravating "Wizard" is too stupid

It tries to make things easier for you, but fails miserably. I initially installed the printer via app, which was rough but tolerable. However if you don't print on a regular basis I found out that you have to plug and unplug the printer. I moved and so far have failed miserably in trying to reconnect to the printer. It has been 3 hours so far. There needs to be a way to manually connect to this device when you have a poorly executed app!
