-Terrible wifi communication. Canceling jobs to start again and several days later when I turned on the printer, it printed old jobs that failed to communicate. -I sent less than 20 pages worth of jobs, and it's already out of ink color and bw -You can flip the pages if you want for double-sided printing, but the communication between printer and computer is so bad, it's not worth it. -Software is a promotional app, hardly any printer tools.

The ease of plugging it in & setting up WiFi was easy enough. But there was the inability to install the colored ink, that was my down fall. I made sure not to touch the contacts on the cartridge but until I got my new ink cartridge by signing up up for automatic refills!! As soon as I got the new ink, it worked like a charm. So the colored ink in the box was junk. So I still give it a 90% rating. But if I did not sign up for the ink, I had already packed it back up & was ready to bail on it!!

If you want this printer to work you better read the side of the box. The instructions failed to mention that an aps located on the side of the box had to be down loaded to either the printer or the computer. Geek squad Webroot is only available with their total tech support. I cancelled my total tech support and returned the printer. Good luck here.

Very easy set up. Prints good. Love the insentive of getting ink delivered to you. Still exploring the printer. Affordable and instructions easy for all ages.

This is a basic printer that can also scan and make copies. It is easy to use, but the wireless setup might be confusing for some. For the price, it is a good choice.

New HP printers are now equipped to search for HP chips in HP printer cartridges. Third party ink cartridges do not have these chips, and new HP printers will not accept them - and they are just as good as those sold by HP, and quite a bit cheaper. Forget HP printers - use Canon or Brother or something else.

Its a great printer, especially since it uses wifi. Anyone in my house can see it and print what they need from anywhere. Great price and well worth it.

I bought a printer that gave me 3 months of a free Microsoft program, the company was very bad and I went back to the store to return the printer and asked to cancel everything, but as I had installed the Microsoft program now I have to pay for the program and the printer cartridge, both I received for free! that's not fair. want to cancel everything and have to pay for something I received for free. besides this printer is terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone, today I tried to talk to HP support because the only thing I was able to print were the printer tests, all the installation guidelines I met 2 days ago it worked and today I tried of everything and it didn't work.

I have had zero issues with this printer. Easily scans documents and great quality of printed pages. Bluetooth connection to my computer was a snap.

Amazing! This is so easy to us and I love it! It’s a little bigger then expected but over all the best purchase I made so far. I definitely recommend it.

I’ve had this for a few months now. A little complicated using the first time but I guess it just takes some getting used to. It’s a bit difficult printing via Wifi. Much easier if you connect to computer directly. For the price I can’t complain

The setup for this printer was simple and effortless. I was able to contact to my laptop without any problems. I am enjoying this printer.

It's OK for my purposes. The computer was purchased to do some general printing for school work and household documents, so you can't beat the price. I'm not printing a lot of things and the ink is almost down to a quarter amount left on the cartridge, and half of the color ink is used. I was a little frustrated with the set-up. I do wish the instructions were better written with everything being on one set-up page. Instead, I had to go hunting online for the answers.

I had to replace it twice! One was because it paper jammed, the other was because it would mot connect at all!

The ink cartridges that came with the printer for setup were problematic. The printer kept saying they were incompatible or empty. This was my third inkjet printer so I know how to set them up. I followed the instructions exactly as written and also went through all troubleshooting tips. Best Buy was great throughout the process though. Ordering online for home delivery was easy. And I was able to return it to a local store for a gift card, which I immediately spent on other items. I didn’t want to exchange for the same printer again because it was slow to connect to WiFi.

This is a HORRIBLE printer. Do Not buy this. It hardly works and customer service is awful. They don't ship the ink in time with the automatic subscription and if they do, the ink doesn't work. It's impossible to reach them over the phone and setting up the printer is a nightmare.

It was a little expensive compared to other places but everywhere was sold out so purchased it here. Haven’t used it a lot yet but so far so good. Shipping was rather fast considering Christmas delivery and so many other places being behind in shipping

That’s a great entry level multifunctional printer. I’m not a heavy user, I only use it for personal stuffs, and small amounts. I do not recommend for a large printing volumes.

For the value of this printer it is actually amazing. I bought a $140 Epson printer and this one beats it by far. Couldn’t be happier.
