I nor a member of the geek squad could get it to work wireless. It did work for me after I purchased a U S B printer cable. Everything was found to make it operate. I printed about 20 copies and then it slowed down to a crawl while printing. The geek squad member determined the printer was defective. I would recommend someone spend a little more money on a printer and you will be happier.
