This is my 2nd one of this brand in 3 years that is not working again. Same problem. It will not feed the paper. I am so frustrated. Now I have to replace the printer yet again and spend extra money on a warrenty. Clearly you better have a warrenty with this piece of junk.

I’m sorry that your printer’s document feeder has failed to pick up paper. Your frustration is easy to understand, especially considering this is the second time in three years you’ve encountered this problem. I want to help you out of this dilemma, so I’ll provide some information and suggest some resources that I hope will reach that goal.
First, I recommend you follow a guide on our support site to document feeders that fail to pick up paper or pull through too many pages at once. Find that guide here:

If you need further support, there are options. I can’t tell from your review how long you’ve owned this unit, but I’ll point out that HP printers have a one-year warranty from the purchase date that covers basic support as well as hardware and supplies, and that extends to two years if you activate the HP+ features on your printer, which you had the option to do at setup.
