I bought this one because I have one just like it (for 5 years HP Envey 4500) and have never had any problems! My grand daughter loves it, helps with homework, etc. Able to sign up for ink program through HP and this is a big plus!

I bought this new all in one as a replacement and the gear is already making the same noise as the old printer. Fortunately I bought a 4 year plan on it. I think they are making these printers in China with a cheap part or something.

Setup took almost 3 hours w/HP experts in 3 countries. Not good customer service from Best Buy when I had to get new ink in less than 48 hours. First person told me I should bring back the printer. The other provided replacement ink quickly. After a bad start, it's good now.
