    Had this delivered. I’m disabled and can’t always get out to buy stuff. The box arrived damaged. 1st clue. Once I set it up, it did NOT work. Kept saying there was a paler jam. I tried to fix it (how do you fix something brand new?) I’ve always trusted HP, but this is worthless.

    I did not realize I could not use a usb cable to direct connect. This purchase did not suit my needs. I'm gonna give it to some student who may be able to use it. I was very disappointed.

    My previous HP printer was smaller and cost about $55. This one was much bigger and was about $85. The Geek Squad at the Tysons Corner VA store wanted me to wait 3 days for an appointment. The Fairfax store fixed the problem in 4 minutes.

    I really had high hopes for this printer any maybe that’s on me. From the first day, this printer had given me issues. It connected to my laptop perfectly the first time. However, once I tried to use it, i started seeing issues everywhere. The printer will show that’s it’s connected and ready, but then when I try to print, it says it’s offline. The HP smart app will go back and forth between ready and waiting. Every time I try to use it, I have to spend 15-20 minutes trying to reconnect it. Or just add it as a new printer and start the whole process again for it to work. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. It’s a nuisance and I wish I never bought it. Save your money so you can inevitably save your time.

    Cheap prices get cheap products! I seriously can’t believe how flimsy this printer is! The power cord barely stays in? And if you happen to have a irresponsible roommate like mine who takes my money but doesn’t pay the Wi-Fi no point in buying

    This machine was exactly what I have been looking for at a reasonable price for occasional use. It took several minutes to figure out how to plug it in and open the paper tray, but it works well just plugged into a wall socket.

    I needed a new printer/scanner/copies and wanted to stay with hp. Selected this unit and is has performed flawlessly. Connected right up to my computer and the ink is cheaper, but last just as long.

    I love my printer scanner although I will say only part I don’t like is how very slow it prints. But other than that the quality is extremely amazing and the scanner works great as well.
