    It was able to print two times in ten months I had it then it quit feeding paper. I threw it in the garbage as it is cheaper to buy a new printer from another manufacturer.

    Great printer. I really like the new technology where you can get your app on your phone or tablet it works fantastic. Much better than some of the earlier devices that were linked to the HP app.

    Trouble printing off computer. Not the best that HP makes. Don’t like where the buttons are for power etc, also number of copies, how much ink screen cannot read with out leaning over the machine-needs to be darker the screen.

    I was in desperate need of replacing my printer and mire or less didn’t have much to choose from! This was very inexpensive and clearly shows that - however it does the job for a basic no frills printer!

    the directions for set up are not clear @ all. i am waiting for my son in law to come over to set it up for me. so it will be about 2 weeks before i will be able to use it.

    Purchased this to print city tax forms for myself and someone else. After that attempted to print one additional page and it no longer worked and didn’t provide details as to why. If I could give it zero stars I would.

    Had this printer for about 4 months, was very happy in the begging then it stop working. Seems like the roll inside broke because my paper will not go through. I check to see if maybe something was stuck and nothing.

    So far my Wireless Printer is working GREAT! Set up was easy to follow. It has Printed everything I've had it do. The Sales People that I've worked with at Best Buy have been very helpful and pleseant.

    I got this hp printer because my cannon pixma died. During pandemic its hard to get an inexpensive printer and because cannon ink was so expensive, I thought I would try HP. I got this printer thinking it would be able to print my taxes out at least. I needed 2 sided capability. I have access to an old hp office pro 8600 and ran into a problem printing out 2 sided tax forms because it truncates the top and bottom on duplex printing. I tried using the hp app to do it, but the hp app sucks and prints a narrow box for page 2 of the 540 form instead of its full size. So I have to use the adobe app directly and change the zoom size to 97% while duplex printing in order to avoid the truncation of the form. I had hoped it was just that the 8600 was old. But when I tried this 2755, it also narrowed those same pages AND WORSE in order to do two sided printing, you have to pull out the one sided printed pages and feed them through printer again on other side! I cant believe in 2020 hp is creating such a piece of crap excuse for a printer and it can't handle adobe properly even though the hp app says it does. In addition to this insult, it prints so SLOW! I am returning it ! And I wont be buying another hp printer because they cant even write a decent app.

    Worked great first time out of the box. Then stopped working completely had to have customer service reinstall entire software. However, they did fix it. Product ok , customer service support great!

    pain in the butt! if i did not have the old cord from my last hp printer to the computer i would have returned it it does not come with one i have a pretty new router and it didn't like it buy cheap get cheap!

    Unit is great for basic printing needs. The wireless capability was not functional. After hours of trying to get it to connect to my wi fi, I called it quits and just did a hard wire connect.
