|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.tested this HP Deskjet 2755, its small printer that has the ability to print (ofcourse) scan and copy, its mising fax, but then again youll be looking at different price rage if you do want that feature on an HP printer Pros - it looks great has two tone design grey and white - the button are flat but you'll still feel it when you give it a press - havent had any issue like some people said about wifi connection problem - tried printing from my mobile phone and it does a fairly good quality of prints - the weight of the printer is fairly lite, not too bad! - for what its price i think its a good printer cons - i didnt see an actual instruction inside the box, would prefer if they included that - printing speed was alright, I have seen faster i dont have much bad thing about that printer, wont expect much about this printer honesty, does have the ability to print from your phone but beyond that its a regular printer that does it job, again i like the two tone color design.

Doesn't work most of the time

I have to unplug it and plug it back in every time I want to use it. The HP App will say the printer is ready but the document will not print. Holding the power button just puts it in shut down mode forever. It will stay in that mode for hours until I eventually give up and unplug it. As soon as I plug it back in, I am able to print but if I try another document later, the same process happens and I have to unplug and start all over again.

I bought a new printer because my old one would "eat" the paper after I printed and I had to stand there and watch it while I printed 50 sheets. I thought this would be different. Now I still have to monitor it constantly. It's always printing the wrong things. Printing random status updates to tell me it's not working. It can never seem to connect. It takes 30 minutes to figure out how to scan anything. HP "Smart" app is useless. Customer service is a disaster. They just read a script no matter what you say to them and I swear they'd wait 90 seconds to respond to anything I said. I could go on and on. Why can't I find a printer that just does it's job??

Finally set up with my HP notebook. Your computer has to be very close to the printer for setup. Otherwise, once you have it set up…its fine.
