I have had it for almost a month and it has one work once. The scanner for one side page is so loud and sounds like it's rubbing against something, also takes way to long. I've tried everything, troubleshoot, HP support, nothing it would connect to my HP laptop. Complete disappoint, worse printer I've ever had.

- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
