    Terrible Geek service and I bought the 1 year plan

    Called Geek Squad and held for 30 min and after talking to the agent he put me on hold to check my issue and never came back on the line. Cannot get this to hook up to my daughters wifi. Bought it in December as a gift and it still is not working

    I am returning this printer tomorrow. I gave it about a week and it is not doing what I need it to. Set up was horrible, it always says that it is offline, it takes me about 15 minutes every time just to get 2-3 pages printed out in black and white, wireless printing NEVER works even though it says it is connected, prints SUPER slow, it’s always a gamble on whether or not anything will print so not dependable at all. Save your money and do not buy this printer. Also, when I needed to print a return shipping label with a barcode, it kept printing out the barcode with a streak/blank line on part of the barcode which defeats the whole purpose of a barcode!

    This printer is solid for the money. Maybe it doesn't do EVERYTHING, but it's got a scanner to (obviously) scan and make copies and it also prints wirelessly very well. The color printing is faster than what I'm used to and the black and white prints quickly as well. Set up is a breeze. You download an app on your phone, press a button on your printer to connect it to your wifi and you're done. I was up and printing some gift cards in minutes. The printer will automatically print out an alignment page of sorts. You simply take that page and place it in the scanner and press start. It takes care of the rest and ensures accurate, straight prints. Color replication is accurate, though I won't be printing keepsake photos from it. The formfactor is a sleek, compact box that allows for the printer to blend into its surroundings well. I would certainly recommend this to anyone who needs a basic printer to handle the occasional jobs like resumes or school papers. If you want photos and elite level printing, consider going up a model.

    I bought this for my parents new PC. We can not get it to connect to bluetooth no matter how many times I tried. It should come with a cord to connect with the PC for older people.

    Terrible. Got this for Christmas and it wouldn’t connect to my internet and so couldn’t get it set up. Spent over an hr on the phone with HP Service center. And got no where and was told it would need to be returned to Best Buy.

    Have had a couple of friends help to get this printer working properly. It will only print if I unplug it and then replug the printer into an outlet. Not a dependable printer and one I can't recommend. I also was not happy that a user manual was not included.
