Run away

Not only does it only print 10 or 15 pages before you need more ink, if you ignore it for more than 5 minutes, you have to fiddle around with it for a half an hour to make it work again. This thing makes me swear way too much. Don't be dumb. Buy one thats a little more expensive. You're welcome.

- If it appears that a cartridge was low on ink to begin with, or that the poor page yield was caused by a defective cartridge, you can always contact the seller who sent you the cartridge about that.

Here are some facts on ink use that might help you get more prints without too much extra effort:
- A high-density print (such as an image or graph) uses ink more quickly than a text-only document, particularly if the paper is highly absorbent and the environment is dry.

Keeps disconnecting and going offline

When I do that, it will print just fine, but then after an hour or so it will go offline again... just frustrating to have to keep doing it when you want to print something...

Jams constantly

Stopped in Traverse City store yesterday to pay 80.00 to have your geek squad to hook up(which when we bought it was told possible). Now they said they do not have staff because people were fired.........so I will be in Traverse next week and will return it.

It would no print all the pages of a document. HP support was frustrating they did not understand problem. Called Geek Squad said it probably was a hardware problem and to bring it into store. The store no longer works on printers the geek squad will come to your house. Very frustrating.

I've used one cartridge of black in total, now the printer will not feed paper, print, and thinks there is a paper jam and it's only been used a handful of times. Best buy will not return or exchange item and I do not recommend to anyone else.
