It took me a little while to get comfortable with the hookup process. steep learning curve on how to customize scanner settings. Now that I have it all programmed and hooked up, I love it! It has all the quality of operation that I have come to expect from HP. This will definitely not be my last HP printer. Thanks guys for the constant ability to keep up with current technology technology

Easy purchase on line. Went to store for quick pickup. Very easy to set up and hook up to computer and I-Phone. Also very quiet while printing.

Great product. Our old one quit working. This was the least expensive, and had everything we needed. Hook-up was simple and it had been working well for us.

This laptop came in handy when organization's printer was not available. It was an easy set-up to be able to connect to the internet connection and to the laptop. It was also easy to insert the initial ink cartridges.

This is HP printer is very simple & easy to use, it has very detailed instructions and I like that it has wifi & Bluetooth options to use. I am having a little trouble with my 6 months of ink code but I know Best Buy will help me out with this..

Good printer, but not useful in my son's university scenario. The dorm did not allow wireless setup and to make it wired was not worth the steps to do so. The setup for wireless was easy. I will keep as a backup.

Great little printer at a great price. Easy to set up via the app and ink is about half the price as my older hp inkjet

It was so easy to set up for my mom, she loves it! It is very user-friendly. The only problem I has was I did not want the instant ink and it kept trying to have me sign up for it when I was trying to register it. I was able to go in a different way and it get it registered. I have heard so many stories about the printer stops working when you cancel the instant ink. I did not want my mom to have to deal with that.

The printer works as advertised and was one of the cheaper priced models. The "paper tray" extends at an angle from the back of the printer so it does take up a little more space than my previous printer. The set up was easy.
