The printer worked out of the box. The Print quality is excellent for the work for which we are using it. Prints good in color and black.

My first wireless printer. Called HP twice to set up printer. First person set up the printer and it worked that day but two days later the printer did not work. Called HP again approximately 19 days ago and a lady helped me set up the printer. Have not attempted to scan but the printer and copier have worked successfully for 19 days.

This is the perfect printer for what I need at home. Works well and the price is right! Very satisfied.

The printer is fine if you don’t print much BEST BUY screwed me over by selling me a printer that was previously sold to another person. I was unable to set it up because it was in the other persons name and what seemed to be something that HP could fix proved to be ku too difficult for them after more than 5 hours on the phone to try to fix the problem.

Picked this printer up this afternoon after my old HP bit the dust. No problem with set up or connecting to wifi. Just have to download the 123.hp.com HP Smart software to complete the hook up to wifi. Took about 30 minutes from unpacking to printing.

Very nice item very easy to set up with my wifi and the 6months free ink that came with it was a huge plus.

Great purchase for the price. The only con I have is, when printing on photo paper the ink smudges bad. I purchased to make treat bags for my sons birthday party. I wasted 50 pages of photo paper because the ink would not dry.

Great printer/scanner but I had difficulty setting it up to sync with my computer. Then all the pop up add on extras that are programmed in the printer had to be dealt with.
