Set up difficult

We set up on desktop with wireless. Could never get laptop connected via home network. Each additional laptop requires Google or Microsoft account to download HP Smart. Could not get HP smart to download on 2nd Laptop. Spent 4 hours trying to get printer to work. May be OK if you want HP to know everything you print. Never had this much trouble with Cannon or Brother printers

Worst printer ever!! Avoid!!

Print quality is poor and every time I try to print it says the printer is offline and there is no way to get it online with out contacting HP. I have had to dedicate hours of my time just to print simple documents. Today I had something important due at 2 pm and it is now 3:15. I have been on hold with HP waiting for someone to help me. Because I was unable to print out my document, it will cost me a full week of work. I am so mad right now!!

Garbage printer

It took hours to set up. The printer will only print from my phone since this is where the app is downloaded. I can’t get it to print from a computer which is super annoying. It is also having troubles now just with basic printing from my phone even with the app. I’ve had to restart it about 20 times today to print 3 things. I’ve never left a negative review for something before in my life but that’s how garbage this printer is. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Pedestrian performance and waste of money

The software is dire, the speed of performance is pedestrian to say the least. If you ever get the urge to hurl a printer out of a window from a high building, then this is the printer for you. Horrible product

Has to be unplugged to restart. 3) The printer needs to be reinstalled every time it is shut off or powered down. 4) Pages printed out of order and with a combination of landscape and portrait (I spoke to HP customer service and after a few hours we were unable to fix the problem).

FRUSTRATING GARBAGE

Unreliable, slow and requires plug and unplug

I set it up OK, but have to unplug it and replug it before it will print and the print job is extremely slow. It is too unreliable to be able to use it from another room. I really wanted to like it.

Don’t buy

Bad Connectivity

The wifi capability is lousy and, even though the printer is literally right next to the computer AND the router, the connection seems to drop after each print; this results in the printer having to be reconfigured each time it goes idle.
