Problems! Problems!! Problems!!!

Over the years, I have owned several HP printers and all-in-one products, and I have always been very pleased with my purchase. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case!! I purchased this printer in May 2022 to use in a second home. While I understand that I do not utilize it on a regular basis, most times that I try to use the product, it fails!! The print quality is good, but the software is HORRIFIC!! It constantly loses connectivity and does not work without unplugging it and/or following a tiresome list of steps to resume normal function. I have even tried several "fixes" applied by HP, but the performance is very disappointing. In addition, it uses a lot of ink, and, once again, I don't use it that often. While it pains me to say this (and I mean this with all sincerity), don't waste your money on this HP product!!

It’s my first printer being that I’m trying to do work from home. It was very easy to set up and I would definitely recommend it.

I didn't realize you need to manually load the paper when doing two-sided printing. My other HP printers do that, but it's still a good buy.

When i purchased a Best Buy employee informed me that it wouldn’t be a great printer if I rarely use it and it will crash soon. So far I’ve had it for 6 months and still in great condition.
