I moved and could not get it connected again (kept showing offline!). Was on the phone for almost an hour and Tech said all was good, but when we hung up I tried it and didn't work. Finally got it, can't even remember how, but 2 days of aggravation!!

Great little printer

The instructions needs to be improved and more informative.the ink cartridges that came with it only lasted for 25 printed pages

Lengthy software install

Printer otherwise is an excellent value.
