Affordable option

I had issues with connecting to wifi the servings time I used it so I contacted HP support. They tried to convince me to purchase a $250 anti-virus software, claiming it was my computer. I refused and after rebooting, it has worked fine.

Great little printer

Called customer service and they helped me through it. Really great job helping and printer is perfect with free printing for a short time and option to pay for printing monthly where they automatically send ink as you need.

I can't get it out of sleep mode without doing that and I've spoken with them numerous times. You also cannot turn OFF sleep mode or automatic shut off which to me, defeats the purpose of the "print anywhere" ability,

The printer works great, setup was seamless, and the delivery service was FANTASTIC. This thing was delivered 2 1/2 hours after I ordered it. That's amazing. And the delivery person - whose name I unfortunately didn't get - was great.
