Ordered 2755e printer as not in stock, problem free. Had setting up, boxed and returned to store with no problem, very friendly assistance. ordered newer model printer, hp envy6065e, not in stock, shipping, due Tuesday, notified quickly that was delayed and is due Thursday. Tracking is easy. no problems.

Good printer for the price. Like the extra ink package included with purchase

It prints good but I loathe the fact that once its on sleep mode, i have to unplug it and plug it back in again just to get it to turn on. I can't get it out of sleep mode without doing that and I've spoken with them numerous times. You also cannot turn OFF sleep mode or automatic shut off which to me, defeats the purpose of the "print anywhere" ability,

Set-up seemed easy but I did something to mess it up. Called customer service and they helped me through it. Really great job helping and printer is perfect with free printing for a short time and option to pay for printing monthly where they automatically send ink as you need.

The printer worked as expected. I had issues with connecting to wifi the servings time I used it so I contacted HP support. They tried to convince me to purchase a $250 anti-virus software, claiming it was my computer. I refused and after rebooting, it has worked fine.

Very pleased. Just got it. The printer works great, setup was seamless, and the delivery service was FANTASTIC. This thing was delivered 2 1/2 hours after I ordered it. That's amazing. And the delivery person - whose name I unfortunately didn't get - was great.

Nice small and efficient printer. Scans documents beautifully. The options on the printer are clearly marked and the instructions are easy to follow. The HP help desk is very knowledgeable about the features of the printer and was able to help me setup the printer to work efficiently.

Easily able to connect to my phone. Prints paper efficiently.

Great little printer - perfect for my needs, which is for small printing and copy jobs. It was simple to set up. However, there was a slight hitch in getting the wifi connected, not sure why, not even sure how I was able to finally get it right. Just had to fiddle and remember to breathe.

The printer prints well. I enjoy printing from the printer.

This print was not expensive and it print excellent and the ink for this print is not hard to find and not expensive as well.

One of the best printers I’ve ever purchased, it works great, not the best for printing photos tho, the photo paper might struggle a little, but for regular stuff it’s great
