Set up was not too difficult. It is much lighter than the previous model. I was already a member of HP Instant Ink and it was easy to add this unit to my account. No problems so far out of the box.

You just have to know that it’ll be easier controlling the printer from your phone. Instead of making enlarged copies, you can just scan and print from your phone! Good price vs performance.

It seems to work well (after a couple of weeks). Very confusing decision about whether to use some deal by HP on ink. The proposed "6 months free ink" seems to be a sucker bet. For some reason (being hurried to set the thing up) I picked the option to always use HP ink. That was probably a big mistake.

I don't do much printing, but when I need a printer I need it. This particular printer was on sale and worked much easier than the sales person said it would.

A bit disappointed

It will not feed the envelopes through. Even 1 by 1 I have to stand there and after the second or third effort the machine makes to pull the envelope in by the printer, if I tap the envelope enough it will eventually pull through, and sometimes so misaligned I have to print the same one again. It counts the times that it did not print towards the total page count. I will use this printer until my trial of instant ink is done then will be buying a laser printer for about $60 more than this one cost as it will have print trays and I can end this annoying issue. It is a shame as it prints relatively fast
