My purpose for buying it was for the Direct Wi-Fi as I am out of the country and using my cellular iPad and my AT&T cell phone data plan. I am in an area where the signal strength is sometimes problematic and therefore the printer does not always print when asked.

Had to get a new printer

Other than that, the printer works really well. Simple to use and easy access to print cartridge installation. Good value for the money.

Good Basic Printer

Sometimes it doesn't connect properly to my internet. However, HP support was able to solve the issue. Never had any issues with paper jams.

Great printer

I only use it to print and scan documents in. I find the app also very easy and helpful as it eliminates the need to bend over to touch the small little buttons on the unit.

printer disappointment

Its the cheapest way to go if you dont want to buy expensive ink. It even comes with free 6 months trial of ink supply from hp. Their ink subscription has a fair pricing.
