I had some trouble with hooking it to WiFi so I just got a printer cable and am using it that way. Other than that, the printer works really well. Simple to use and easy access to print cartridge installation. Good value for the money.

Easy to use, very convenient when you print through you phone or laptop as it is wireless.

This worked OK short term but broke after just a few months. I got it for very occasional use in cases where we needed a printer in a pinch, and when those pinches came, the printer did not deliver. The ink and per-page subscription model was infuriating and not for me. I burnt through my monthly pages just troubleshooting and trying to get stuff to print. Plus tiny cartridges with lots of spottiness and streaking. Settings and troubleshooting were difficult to wrangle as I couldn't just use my built-in computer settings to print, but had to interface with the printer via a poorly designed app. Weak and more frustrating than convenient.

i was very disappointed in this machine, for 5 months it was great then out ogf nowhere it would noy go on line i even had 5 of there people try to fix it, so to the repair shop i go, all i have ever owned is hp products but now i dont know...

Simple to set up and use. I use it to print from the internet. Its not for printing large jobs.

Very easy to setup and quality is perfect for what I purchased for. I only use it to print and scan documents in. I find the app also very easy and helpful as it eliminates the need to bend over to touch the small little buttons on the unit.

Was easy to set up. Its the cheapest way to go if you dont want to buy expensive ink. It even comes with free 6 months trial of ink supply from hp. Their ink subscription has a fair pricing.

I got home with this printer, and got it all hooked up and turned on, then down loaded the program. It has worked great ever since.

Great under $100 quality printer, it does the job very well. Love the connectivity with desktop and all mobile devices. Print quality is good, pending on the sort of paper used of course.

Had Geek squad come and set this up for me. I only had one error message and was able to fix it via the HP prompts. So far this has been a great purchase for me. No complaints.
