I stuck with HP because I value the brand and all the products I have own over the years have been superior to the others offered. However, this printer is not what I would have expected from HP. The print quality isn’t good, the paper loader is not easy to use, the connection between the computer is temperamental with WiFi and direct cord hook up. With my father in his 60’s and not technology savvy it’s more of a headache then helpful.

Would not recommend this or any HP printer after this experience. Can’t even use the printer anymore. Tried all the troubleshooting on the HP Smart app and nothing works. And yes, the ink is full.

Minus that the controls bottoms on the printer itself does not give you information on the task you are performing, and does not print both sides of the paper. At least I can't find the options as my old and cheaper printer did.
