Printer Goes to sleep and wont wake up.

The only way I have found to wake the printer up is to unplug the machine, wait ten seconds, then plug it back in. This is for my home office which I won't use often so as of right now to print or scan my first step is to unplug and reset the machine every time which is a pain. I understand that you get what you pay for but this is not what I expected.

I stuck with HP because I value the brand and all the products I have own over the years have been superior to the others offered. However, this printer is not what I would have expected from HP. The print quality isn’t good, the paper loader is not easy to use, the connection between the computer is temperamental with WiFi and direct cord hook up. With my father in his 60’s and not technology savvy it’s more of a headache then helpful.

She says she wants to be a school teacher when she grows up. Therefore, she needs to print out papers for her stuffed animals/ classroom.. Super cute! She loved it!
