    The product is very good. HOWEVER HP HAS A SERIOUS PROBLEM. FRAUD BY AN EMPLOYEE. HP EMPLOYEE ASKED TO HELP SET UP PRINTER SAID I NEEDED A "SECURITY PROTECTION PROGRAM" IN ORDER TO SET UP PRINTER. GAVE A NAME AND A PRICE. I FELL FOR IT!

    Good printer and scanner. Minus that the controls bottoms on the printer itself does not give you information on the task you are performing, and does not print both sides of the paper. At least I can't find the options as my old and cheaper printer did.
