    The product is very good. HOWEVER HP HAS A SERIOUS PROBLEM. FRAUD BY AN EMPLOYEE. HP EMPLOYEE ASKED TO HELP SET UP PRINTER SAID I NEEDED A "SECURITY PROTECTION PROGRAM" IN ORDER TO SET UP PRINTER. GAVE A NAME AND A PRICE. I FELL FOR IT!

    Easy install, but does go off line frequently. Not a big deal if you are right at the printer when needed but if sending remote doesn't work. Have to bring back online before sending.

    Don't love it. Cheap printer($99), and it shows, but it was only one in stock. No on screen graphics, difficult to install, limited paper capability. Would definitely spend more money and buy a different one. Probably won't last as long as our last HP.
