So far so good, we dont use it much but when we did it was an easy set up and fast printing.

Basic simple printer that works. It has scanning and copy features. Black and White and Color. Easy to install with HP Smart

The printer is great, but it took 2 calls to the geek squad to get me up and running. The first tech took several hours and never solved my problem. The tech on the second day solved all three of my issues in 20 minutes.

The size, the color, and the actual printing that it performs are good. HOWEVER, the loading of paper is complicated, and frequent jams occur. It's not as reliable as a few other HP printers that I've had over time, where those simply had a paper drawer and the feed was easy and more reliable. This is an inexpensive printer, and therefore it is a little more compicated (and probably less reliable) than some of the other models. If you only print a few pages a week, then maybe this will meet your basic need.

I use this for printing out pictures and items for printable vinyl. Clear print outs, no bleeding. I love it!

It was difficult set up and it took a long time for me. The printer is nice but I hate that it constantly has information that needs printed. The app with it is not very helpful and sometimes the ink prints funny. It is a nice printer though for its price.

great printer great price it does what i need print scan and fax i could not have ask for a better price and goes good with my HP LAPTOP thanks best buy.
