Easy to install/price. Quality of print especially color very good.

The printer works good and is fast even while i use it just with wireless.

With downloading the app, the setup was straight forward and easy. Printer was for college student desktop, low volume, just needed the option.

So far, so good, I did not have any issues with setting up and it comes with 2 free ink cartridges, 1 color and 1 black. For the price I paid, I love it.

The printer was easy to install. It does take time to connect to our wireless provider. Overall I would recommend this printer/scanner to purchase.

Nice quality printer. I do multiple projects. & the photo prints very nice just make sure its high resolution.

It is great in how compact and efficient it is. However, it doesn't do well with public wifis (i.e. WeWork space).

Spend the little extra for a better printer. I bought this printer 5 months ago. It stopped working after 4 months. The cartridge holder doesnt move. So I got the same one again...not bright I know, but it worked well with all of our HP laptops. But printer #2 has been open for 2 weeks. It wouldnt connect to the internet, Took and hour on the phone twice to get that. Its had the Information button lit up the whole time. They claim its because I used non insta ink carts>>>uh i USED THE ONES IN THE BOX. They supposedly send new ink on the 8th.. it wont be here til the 18th? HOW? The whole point of insta ink is not to run out. And now Im stuck with 2 printers that dont work. NEVER AGAIN.

I have used different brands of printers over the years and am finally happy with my new HP-DeskJet 2755e wireless. It's so easy to use!

the first one that was sent had a problem connecting to my computer. The second one worked fine. I contacted the Geek Squad via internet and they said it had an internal problem.

So I got this just about a year ago... and so far its been working fine for a few months... until now! Now they ask if you want to do a ink and paper subscription which is actually a nice cheap deal if you print a lot, I have opted in it but i did cancel my paper subscription however... I don't print a lot so I may just cancel entirely an just buy ink myself. The down side of the subscription is that the printer needs to be online at all times to keep track of the ink/paper levels and what sucks is that you cannot use the ink once the subscription is cancelled/finished (which kinda makes sense since subscribing is really cheap and they don't want people taking advantage of it) But like I said I don't really print a lot (and I mostly just print in black) which is where my problem lies... for a month the printer's ink on paper has been smearing lately and not printing clearly so i've been getting poor quality prints and its annoying that my prints are now just getting poor when my previous old printer never had this problem... (my previous printer can only make manual copies an can no longer print from a computer since it only accepts windows 7 which is why I bought this one) I dunno, maybe the ink either sucks or the printer is dirty inside... ???
