Nice, budget-friendly printer

This thing works like a charm, and is awesome to use. I love how it can print from my phone and it comes out great. It even works with my old computer. Very budget friendly, too.

With that being said, we purchased it and as far as I know, he has had very good luck with it, the price was right and being able to use my Best Buy card made the purchase very easy.

Setup was easy and fast not to mention the software is way better than the last hp printer I had and this you can use the app and print from your smartphone as well wireless, nice feature. USB direct to your pc but , you have your own cord if you chose too. Great work HP .

Cheap and basic

Had a few set-up issues (never as simple as described) and, as is typical of HP, the supplied ink cartridges were only good for a few pages, then you have to either opt for their "we'll mail it to you" program or go and buy them. The mail option doesn't work for my mom, who will never go through that many pages a month, so we bought cartridges on sale at Staples.
