    I had a little problem setting WiFi on it with my Mac. Finally gave up and called tech-support. They resolve the issue quickly and efficiently

    I just wanted a basic printer that made wireless printing easy, but the connection has been unstable. I spent a good hour with HP support setting it up, which was ridiculously complicated. And now it is unstable. I even have an access point nearby. Will try and troubleshoot once again and hopefully that will make it stable, otherwise, I’ll return it.

    Unfortunate that it took over a half hour for Geek Squad tech to get printer to talk to PC??? Why so complicated? Apart from that, it's been working just fine for the mere two weeks I've been using it, thanks to tech's programming of it.
