    It seems like the printer driver is not stable for some operation system. I have two computers, one works well, but the other works well sometimes and does not work with offline status sometimes. Once it happens, and recovers next time, many duplicates are printed.

    Very difficult to set up. I had to download their app on cell phone and computer, go through all kinds of loops to get it to work. I am not a novice on computers and did not find this printer user friendly. Haven't tried scanning yet so can't say anything about that. The ink that came with the printer is already about half and haven't used it that much.
