This printer was an absolute nightmare! When I first bought the printer it would not connect to the internet, I called Best Buy they told me to call HP an they said bring it back to Best Buy so I got a new one . That one connected to the Wi-Fi for only 1 month than just wouldn’t connect anymore and still won’t! I contacted HP they said buy ink because it might be because the cartridge was InstaInk (which InstaInk is a headache all on it’s own) so i bought a new cartridge an the printer still won’t work, called HP back we stayed on the phone for an hour an twenty-three minutes for them to tell me to purchase the usb type a connection so it can just hook directly to a computer so that I can print BUT I purchased this printer because I wanted to print everything on my phone an just talked to them again today to try to fix the Wi-Fi problem but nobody can help an they won’t offer to exchange it or anything SO just get a different printer unless you don’t mind buying the cord an printing solely off your computer.

Wonderful printer! I was in need of a new printer. I found this HP wireless printer while on Best Buy's website. Purchased at a great price. Received it in vcd a timely manner. Setup was easy and so is printing. Would recommend it hands down.

This printer has never worked for me. I have to re-install it every single time and now it prints blank pages. And I HATE THAT I HAVE TO DO THIS VIA INTERNET...EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Hate wireless printers!

I love this printer and it doesn't take up alot of space.

Great buy, easy to use, uses regular hp cartridges.

Very difficult to set up. I had to download their app on cell phone and computer, go through all kinds of loops to get it to work. I am not a novice on computers and did not find this printer user friendly. Haven't tried scanning yet so can't say anything about that. The ink that came with the printer is already about half and haven't used it that much.
