My granddaughter needed a printer for school and this was a good find.

The printer was easy to setup and use, but disappointed in the software. The HP Smart app is cloud based so when the internet connection was broken I was unable to print or even scan to the printer even though I am connected via USB cable. I bought this to help scan in family photos, but I don't want to be hobbled by the software. The previous printer in our home office allows us to work even when the internet connection is down (we live in a rural area).

It's great when it works, but it always goes offline and I have to restart it in order to make it work just to print wirelessly. The price was good, but I wish it worked consistently. It's a hassle to restart it just to print, but I don't print things much. It's decent for it's price.

I bought this printer for basic printing for home and my kids school projects. I am very happy with the results and takes care of my home all printing needs.

works good for what it is...serves it purpose...does leave the page a little wet after printing but not too bad.

Very compact easy to use printer. Good for Home use not for bulk printing .Easy to install and setup. Need only a good Wifi signal. Can print wireless from Phone or any other device connected to the same wifi.

For needing a printer quickly and for cheap this works just fine. However, it runs out of ink pretty quickly and I don't feel like the scanner is convenient. But if you only need it for every now and again projects it's probably perfect for you.

Bought this printer as a gift for my son. He called me and thanked me. He said it was super easy to set up and the print quality was good. He will be using it to work from home. Now he can print and make copies. A great gift!

Great for young students. We purchased a second one with multi page feeder which we are very happy with as well...

This printer does the job pretty good, a bit confusing at first especially with the hp app but I think it’s a good economical printer for everyone needing something that can get a quick job done.

Nice printer but was not easy to install it. I had to call HP customer service to install it remotely !

great value, lots of good features. a bit of a learning curve from my last HP printer/scanner, but once I got it figured out, it has been trouble free.

I like this printer. It took a little more time to set up than it should have but it is done. The ink cartridge alignment light popped on and I don't know how to get it off, so I just ignore it. It still prints when I give it the command. It scans well too. I received my first shipment of free ink. That's a plus.

I purchased this for my dad as his printer died. There was some difficulty getting his computer to accept the new printer, however that could have been a problem on the computers end. A quick call to HP Support took care of the problem. My dad is happy with the printer.
