Overall, this is a good printer for the price. It is compact, nice looking, and, was easy to set up. We are senior citizens, and it works good for us. My only negative comment is that it is slow in printing. However, for our needs, that is not a problem. I would recommend it.

All the employees at HP should be fired. The support is poor and that being nice. HP mistaken my printer as instant ink versus store bought HP and was registrar to a different person know one I new or lives near me. All HP experts could do was take control of my computer to get it to work and when the ink runs out the same problem occurs when purchasing store bought or other brands of ink. The second time this problem happen which was in less than a week my ink ran out again I used store bought ink and it would not print, The Geek Squad was out twice and said it was an HP problem which they were right. I spent over 10 hours and many days on the phone and begged HP to please do the right thing and replace the printer in which they refused. Bottom line in their view they had repaired the printer because it printed until next time that I have to replace ink and have to spend another 10 hours on the phone letting their expert take over my computer to get the printer to print. This problem is still pending with corportate HP to date. So buyer beware do not buy any HP Printer because they do not stand by their product or support the customer even if it there doing to cause the printer to malfunction

Initial set up was tricky. Not the fault of the printer but rather the way our wireless is set up.... Printer works great and is smaller than the last one we had but does a better job!

Great printer for home use. East to set up. Prints are clear and are printed quickly. Highly recommend. I haven't used it a lot but will use much more for grad school.

This small printer is such a value for the money. It is very easy to set up and the print speed is actually faster than expected.

I buy on line from best buy printer model HP Deskjet 2755e and one time it work good I need to print for 2nd time it is not working I buy on 06/12/22 so I need to return it is not working just one time I use it

Horribe printer and even worse trying to get it setup. It was bricked for the longest time so i gave up and one day i cane home and it just started working. Cool that it works now but i wont be buying another one.

Difficult for me to hook up to my phone and iPad. Took me two days to figure it out. Had my 16 year old grandson to help. He had it done in five minutes. Ugh!

Excellent printer for the price. I do very little printing and my old printer became obsolete. This HP is all I need and the setup was a breeze. I would highly recommend this printer.

This printer is great for use in the classroom! It prints using your WFI and is set up to use as a copier, scanner and printer . I suggest installing the HO Smart app. The replacement ink program is an added plus!

I wanted a wireless printer and found the hp desk jet 2755e. It is great! Easy to set up, easy to use. Print, copy & scan items. You can send items from from mobile device by downloading the app to your phone. The price is right as well!!

This is a great printer!! Had to return the 1st one because it wouldn't stay connected to our wifi. The 2nd printer works perfectly. Would definitely recommend this printer.

Works great but there is a sound I always hear while it’s printing it’s kind of annoying sometimes.
