Worst printer I've ever tired
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Printer is difficult to set up as well has my print is not feeding the paper correctly and the printer is just shooting out ink without and paper. I now have ink all over and havent been able to print not one single page yet. Not sure if my printer came messed up or not but I would never buy this printer again. I dont even think I can return it as its already used ink and has made a mess on the inside. Wish I could aleast get some better troubleshooting but everything I can find is oh your printer is not connected or have you tried turning it off and on. Not satisfied at all with this purchase

I’m sorry to hear that your printer has performed so poorly and leaked ink on the inside. I can wholly understand why this jarring surprise would be exacerbated by not getting the support you need. With that in mind, I’ll suggest a resource and some information I hope will help.
I can’t tell quite what happened to your printer, but if you haven’t already, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find a solution. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

And this printer does the same thing, I hit print on laptop and nothing, then I turn printer off n on then it will print.. So before I print anything I turn off n on then it prints right away???????

The cons: copies came out blurry and the online troubleshooting was not helpful. I upgraded to a much better Canon for about $20 more and could not be happier.

Both for by Mac and iPad. Images are clear. It’s perfect for for I rarely print anything buts good. For when I want and need to.

I currently have it plugged to a Dell Latitude via a USB cable and have no problems printing. I don't have it connected via wi-fi because it is a hassle getting our IT personnel over to allow permission to have on the network. But I'm sure the wi-fi feature would work properly. I bought the printer at a reasonable price and like the color. One drawback I find is one has to stand over the screen to see how many pages are printing. Sitting, I see 8 because of the angle. I feel the positives outweigh the negative. It is a best buy.

The installation was a pain and still have been unable to get Instant Ink as promised that was to be included for free for 6 months, which is one of the main reasons I purchased this model. I have had to purchase ink already and I do not print very often.
