Great for the money prints very slow but no issues with it

Easy to set up with HP Smart, so far it works great, compacted , fits in small space. I like it very much. Would highly recommend it for quality and price.

I have been using this printer for over a month and am very pleased with the purchase. I currently have it plugged to a Dell Latitude via a USB cable and have no problems printing. I don't have it connected via wi-fi because it is a hassle getting our IT personnel over to allow permission to have on the network. But I'm sure the wi-fi feature would work properly. I bought the printer at a reasonable price and like the color. One drawback I find is one has to stand over the screen to see how many pages are printing. Sitting, I see 8 because of the angle. I feel the positives outweigh the negative. It is a best buy.

Not so good, gets the job done. Slower while printing.

Simple copier/printer. Easy to change a new ink cartridge.

I recently purchased this printer with a scanner and I love it. You can have Important paperwork scanned and put into PDF form through your phone hp app with Bluetooth. It’s an amazing machine.

It's an ok printer for the price. The installation was a pain and still have been unable to get Instant Ink as promised that was to be included for free for 6 months, which is one of the main reasons I purchased this model. I have had to purchase ink already and I do not print very often.

Wife likes it so it’s perfect and makes her happy. Ink could last a little longer, but is a great printer

Easy set up and install. Plug it in, download the app, and it walks you through the process. Fool proof and the perfect size for my small home office.

Very hard to set up. Virtually no instructions included and the instructions that were included were not correct. I had to make numerous calls to figure out how to set up the printer and get it to print in color.

This is a good printer for small print jobs (10 pages and under). It does the job effectively. The copier is also very handy for small copy jobs. I would not recommend for heavy printing, seems like it would not be durable enough for such demands.

The printer works very well. It supports black and color cartridges. The printer prints a little slow but it is not really a big issue. My favorite part about the printer is the wireless connectivity.

poor unable to hook-up - now have to replace my 15 year old tower ( best buy geek squad member told me he would fix - no good )

The printer works flawlessly from conception to scanning and copying in the meantime with zero ease. I have loved HP's grippers for years, recommended

The printer was easy to setup. I downloaded the app onto my phone and had it going right away. We use wireless printing and everything has gone smoothly.

This product was not as easy to set up wireless as expected. Once it was set up with the help of tech, I am enjoying it. I am thrilled about the Instant Ink program! The thought of never giving out of ink is amazing!!!
