    The printer was reasonably easy to set up especially since I am definitely not technically inclined. After printing quite a few things that I had not been able to print until I bought a new printer, the printer stopped printing. I call tech services and the young lady who helped me was most helpful and from where she was she able to check out the printer and all was okay. She told me what to do if it stopped printing again. So far so good.

    Good! 100% recommended. I bought this printer 2 years ago but my son jumped on that one, so I needed to replace it, I chose to buy the same one

    I do not recommend. It’s just finicky. It randomly disconnects from the internet and it’s a giant time waster to get it back online.

    It is the perfect printer for me. Wireless is essential for my needs, but is sometimes slow to print in that mode. Fast under normal printing/copying. A small price to pay for convenience.
