    This is our second one of these printers. We had the same one previously but for some reason our computers had trouble connecting to it. Could never figure out why. We bought another one mainly because when had a couple of printer cartridges for it which were more expensive that the printer it's self.

    One thing could have prevented a bad review: A cord. This printer takes a long time to set up to the laptop and phone's wifi. It is not reliable. It simply stopped working after only a day. Now I cannot restore a connection. I see there's a place for a printer to USB cord in the back, but the product does not come with a cord. I'm considering returning this product to the store.

    Product was ez to set up and very economical. Bluetooth ready. Wireless printer. Came with black and color ink ready to install quickly. I had no problem just looked at the video.

    Was on sale less than 80.00 and easy to set up in the app. It copies faxes and has print from anywhere capability. I am very satisfied with this product. I even bought photo paper to print vacation photos.
