    This is by far the worst HP printer I’ve ever purchased. The connection over Wifi is super poor and it require a reset each time before a new print job. Save yourself the hassle by spending more for a more efficient model. This one is terrible!

    I have been using the printer for about three months and I have been enjoying it, especially with the fact that it came with three months supply of ink and paper, which are delivered to my doorstep free.

    I only had it for 3 weeks. No issues with set up. When I finally needed to print a few documents, I kept getting an error message that it was unable to read the black cartridge. Best Buy was NO help. Never buying anything from Best Buy again! Staff at the store was very unhelpful. This is only a 3 week old purchase, it's already failing and staff decided not to assist at all.

    Yes love the HP printer and loved the price even more... This is my second HP printer... It is great in regard to cartridge use where I'm not having to keep replacing the cartridge every few months which can get expensive...

    Purchased due to being on sale, but should have investigated more. The item started to be problematic after a few weeks. Double exposure in paper, and not connecting properly to other devices as intended. Now I’m having issues with returning and exchanging
