    The Desk Jet 2855e was impossible for me to set up with the wireless function. I am going to have to schedule a member of the Geek Squad for in home help.

    I very rarely use a printer so this serves my needs. It’s slow but that doesn’t bother me. The ink ran out rather quickly but I think I may be comparing it to work computers.

    I attempted to use this printer for about a week. It went through color cartridges like crazy and after 10 or so pages would print it would just stop printing all together and I could not get it to work again, almost as if it was over heating. I'm sure it's great if you are printing like 1 or 2 photographs but any kind of attempt at office work I do not recommend.

    I used the 3 month free trial of HP Instant Ink and the print jobs would be good quality but now that I have canceled the subscription and purchased HP ink (not generic) myself, the quality of the print jobs is poor. The black and color ink look very faded. I would not recommend this printer or the HP brand.

    Constant connectivity problems... Constant. We now have it connected it to the computer via a cable and still battle it every time printed document is needed. Extremely disappointing.

    Terrible. Can't get HP app to recognize the product. I bought protection plan and they say it only covers hardware. I am returning as they told me the protection plan would cover everything. I am sorry I brought this from BEst Buy too.
