Re seated cartridge same response - still poor black printing results. Makes me wonder how long unit was sitting at store. Called customer service that bounced me around to geek squad help till I got disconnected - hence the online poor review.

I'm sorry that you seem to have a bad cartridge in your new printer. If the problem is that there are clogs in the nozzles, you can fix that by running a cleaning routine on your printer.
