Does the job but the ink dries up fast .... ......

It works as advertised but it is slow and loud.. It will do what I need it to do.

I went to refill at costco & it stopped working after that! Idk what exactly happened wrong! But i have had all brands of printer and always refill! And this one is just not taking it! Like it wants me to buy the genuine ones! No thanks

There is a better all-in-one out there I just didn't get it

Cheap Printer..it works but it was overly complicated to set up for wifi use.

Sorry but this is the worst printer I have ever used...it fights printing...have gone back to cable, downloaded updates, searched for solutions...next step is a new printer of a different brand.

Unfortunately, this printer is very flimsy seeming and, while its flimsiness may have caused other problems, I never got to find out because it never printed a word, probably due to the poor grasp that the ink cartridge holders had on the ink cartridges. They never squared up despite repeated careful attempts. It was low cost, but apparently HP cannot make a usable device at that price point. I have a 2015 HP Envy laptop and it is well made. Their own printer won't work with it.

You get a lot for price but I still cannot figure out wireless connection

Nothing wows me vs. other printer in same price range. It works fine.

I will rate it as satisfactory since it's not durable

I purchased this on Black Friday for a really good price. It didn’t work but by the time I went to use it slot of time went by. I was unable to get a refund.

Good printer for the price. Smaller in size versus my old printer.

depending on your computer setting up the wireless is difficult

I have one already but a different model wireless and like it

it was going great and i thought i had scored a great deal , up until 2 months or so into my purchase it stops printing . it connected fine , and ink cartridges where not on empty , the problem was a malfunction on the cartridge tray , needless to say i had to return it .

Bought this because it was on sale and could print from mobile devices as well as computer. Set it up and it showed everything was good then my network could not locate it. Next I had to install additional software to scan items. Now the printer is showing half a cartridge of black ink but it won't print. Had to do a software update and it now shows the cartridge as empty. I have printed 10 pages on it. Says it is good for 190 pages. Not happy. Took it back to store and HP salesman said he would not have recommended it because it is poor quality. Called it a Throw-away printer.

Everything is working great on the printer so far...
