Prints basic black type but don't expect much else

Good printer, low cost item with all facilities ..

Very fast shipping, which was probably the only upside to the item. After receiving the printer, it worked for 2 days then completely stopped. Returned and got a refund.

This printer isn’t a quality product. Difficult to setup and connect to WiFi. Print Qualiy is ok but replacement ink cartridges are expensive.

The printer keeps printing the instruction, instead of see it in pdf file. It is annoying that HP did this dirty trick.

This printer WILL NOT print photos with the 'fit to page' option, it will always leave a white border no matter what setting you choose. NO ONE WANTS A BORDER ON THEIR FAMILY PHOTO!!! This is ridiculous for an $80 printer to not have that functionality. Total waste of money as you cannot return it once used, and there's no way to find out that it won't print photos until you actually use it! 0/5 rating.

I just opened the box of a brand new printer and realized that it's not working. The printer shows for the ink problem so I conclude that the ink came defective or the printer isn't recognizing the ink, which will be worst. Anyway, now I will start the struggle with the Companies that I bought and for sure I'll loose money. I definitely don't recommend this printer.

Wouldn't stay attached to my network. I even called the Greek squad. All they did was read the manual I had. I even had my son and daughter try to get it hooked up. (They are computer guru's). I really bought this cheaper one for the AIR printing capabilities so I could print from my IPHONE and IPAD. I returned it to Best Buy and bought a Canon which was about $10 dollars more and it works.

Keeps going off print. No specific reason could be found. Troubleshooting no help. Had to call tech support.

Very disappointed in copier I purchased as a gift and shipped to Florida. Box was damaged & no cord in box so the item had to be taken to a Best Buy in FL. A replacement was not available so the person I bought it for was told she could pay more for a different brand of copier. Bad way to do business in my opinion. Very much displeased with your company.

This printer is difficult to operate. Very limited on printer capability and capacity.

I really can't review this product since I haven't been able to even use it. As soon as I plugged it in I received a "paper jam" notification. I tried everything to clear it out, but nothing seemed to work. Took it back to the store & am still waiting for them to send a replacement

Worst thing ever. Can barely connect to more than one device

it plays just like you think it would photos are sketchy

It says all in one but this doesn't have fax on it. Also wifi is not working as expected.

I know it was a Black Friday special, but it appears to be a real printer, works like one, but the capacity Is a joke, is it just a ploy to just get you to buy their ink? I think I will buy a Brother brand high capacity Printer 1000+ pages

Worst ever printer setup and every time I want to use it will be out of network .. no proper support documentation .. virtual assist will recognise only windows ..did they developed this for stone age people ?
