    Extremely difficult to insert ink cartridges

    The ink cartridge holders are hidden deep in a black cave and do not easily accept cartridges. Bought this as a gift for my sister, but she was unable to install the cartridges.

    Worst Printer Ever Purchased

    Purchased this printer during black Friday. Have had nothing but problems the whole time, the printer will have paper loaded for printing and will jam instantly and will not print. We now have to feed each piece individually and even then it still jams and says to load the printer with paper. The machine does not give any real error codes other than to put paper in the printer when there is 1-5 sheets left in it at a time. Hopefully Best Buy or HP will have a solution or a way to make this right since this printer is clearly a lemon and does not function properly.

    Don't connect to WiFi

    I bought from other company I was trying to connect to the wifi in the computer and the cell phone like 3 hours and don't connect please don't buy this. Buy other that can connect to the wifi that have a touch screen.

    If you rely heavily on internet based printing such as Air print this is a horrible printer! It turns itself off after 2 hours and the setting can not be turned off. Even when I think its on, I usually get several errors before I can get something printed and I usually have to end up docking my Surface Pro tablet. I havent even had this printer for a year, but it is no longer returnable and working with it makes me so angry that I hate the way I feel. I’m just going back to a Cannon printer because I’ve never had trouble to the point of wanting to smash it against the wall. HP support is not helpful whatsoever.

      - A firmware upgrade is often helpful for many of your other issues. You can download it from:

      - The same site with the firmware also has a diagnostic tool - the Print and Scan Doctor, which often helps with common problems: support.hp.com/document/c03286146

    Always offline. It's only good for scanning. I haven't been able to print anything since we got it around Christmas.

    Read reviews that said this printer is good, but my printer STINKS! It has only been able to connect to our computer and print something out about 25% of the time. Even though it says it's connected, and the computer says it's connected, we get an error just about every time. About the only thing that makes it work is to perform the entire setup process again, then it will work (hopefully) that one session. But the next time -- forget it. SO FRUSTRATING. Returning!

    Don't waste your money on this one, Buy a better one!!! Once the ink levels reach 50% pages won't print some of the colors. And the ink don't last as long as it stated on the box, only got between 12 - 20 pages before the ink was at 50% level and printing pages fit for the trash.

    This is a really cheap printer that states wireless, doesn't comnect to anything. Its really cheap and tried for hours to connect. Its just really slow and to install online? Its a nightmare all around. Dont buy this hallow box. You'll regret it. I'm returning this tomorrow

    I purchased this printer under the impression that there was not a back slot to hold the paper and saw that you have to load and reload this printer. This was a horrible case of false advertising and would like to preach the good word.
