Was searching for a home printer that did not require excessively expensive ink refills but would provide me with both color/black printing and have Wifi connection. This printer has it all for a super low price plus a new roll out from HP of an Instant INK program where the printer monitors your prinitng usage and auto sends refill cartridges before you run out of ink and have to search for more. I am totally pleased with product and highly recommend it to all home users. Thanks Best Buy!

So far it has been easy to install and set up. I haven't yet printed or scanned but for the price, I'm sure it does the job.

I purchased this to replace my Wife's printer and separate scanner. It was very easy to set up, works great and she is very pleased with it. It is a very good printer for the price.

The ability to have a printer without the wires and proximity the our computers is great. A printer cord is needed for initial set up but after that you can place the computer wherever and out of the way. Keeps my desk area clear but I still have the convenience of a printer at any time I need it. It has helped with the "Hey, can I print my tickets?" "Can I print my resume?", Can I...? Can I ....? Can I....? As the printer is no longer in view. Saving me so much money on ink :)

At first I didn’t know how to set it up and I brought it to the store for help Now I am able to use it as a copier which I just need and not interested in the other features- i am not tech savy.
