Great Wireless Printer

I enjoyed how it was easy to download on to a device without a disc drive. It does not require too much experience to use and set up. It worked the first time I printed something, yet I was having issues with the program to print.

Love the black color and efficiency

The Best Buy sales people were great at helping me decide on this product. It was easy to set up and connect to my home system. I caught the printer on sale for about half price which made me even happier Well, my HP Printer is fast and efficient. At this point I love this printer!

Works Excellent

So far I've printed with out too much headache - I had only one episode where it said CompactDisk Heavy Error - which disappeared when I tried to print again. I've printed Photos too. Oh, plus it comes with ink... a plus for me!

Great quality and great price

The documents as well as pictures are great fun to print. the ink however gets used up pretty quick but the HP has monthly plan for refill for as low as 2$ a month. In all a great buy.

Hard to setup on wifi network
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I believe due to recent roll up updates to windows 10, it causes problems with their setup utility configuring it for WiFi. Ended up setting a DHCP reservation on my router to keep the laptop connected to the printer. I uninstalled bitdefender antivirus thinking that was the problem and it wasn't. Turned off all windows security measures with no success. I even tried setting the wireless up using the USB cable with no success. The printer does connect to the wifi and obtain an IP but the windows 10 laptop is unable to find it. So that is the reason for setting the DHCP reservation.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would have rated it better if manufacturer explained in lamens terms how to do Wi-Fi direct .I didn't know I had to log out of my router to access Wi-Fi direct with printer and wasted allot of printing with what buttons to push that manufacturer said to get i forget codes.And for a Amazon kindle tablet was hard to find right printing app to work.Black ink runs out quick.
